This can be the initial consult to kick-off your entire renovation, or can function as a stand alone consultation if you’re unsure of next steps in your home but want some expert direction and ideas. We will walk through your space, hear your goals, vision, design style, and functionality desires, and offer concrete next steps as well as follow-up with a curated inspiration board.
90 minute design consult/strategy session
Includes collaborative initial concept development as well as detailed contractor-ready 2D and 3D renderings. Design concept phase includes mood boards and example finishes. Renderings phase includes fully dimensioned technical drawings that are ready to be given to contractors to execute, as well as a photo-reaslistic 3D rendering to give you the exact vision of what your space will look like upon completion!

Design renderings and construction plans are taken through a bidding process with our vetted list of contractors. We work with you to select the best fit, and then oversee the entire construction process from start to finish. This service is for those who want peace of mind knowing their renovation project - no matter how big or small - is executed on time, on budget, and with quality craftsmanship, without having to manage the process themselves.
