Kate McMinn is a real estate investor, renovation specialist, and licensed Realtor® with eight years of hands-on experience helping more than 100 clients build wealth through real estate. She brings a practical approach to sourcing value-add properties, guiding renovations, and designing high-performing furnished rentals. She currently owns and operates 6 AirBnB’s and has a knack for transforming compact spaces.
Kate’s design style is modern minimalist with a playful edge, blending clean lines with color and texture in ways that feel both elevated and livable. Her background in investment + design gives her a clear understanding of how spaces should look, function, and perform in the Cincinnati market. This allows her to identify potential, streamline decision-making, and create renovations that maximize returns while enhancing everyday living.
Shannon Wintheiser is a design consultant and real-estate–minded strategist with a uniquely integrated approach to renovation and new-build projects. With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the building world—including designing ten luxury tiny homes in Hocking Hills and three custom townhomes in Cincinnati—she brings a deep understanding of construction, material selection, and project flow from concept through completion. Her aesthetic is rooted in timeless, high-end design with a European nod, with a special talent for mixing materials and finishes to create storied, layered looks that are as cozy as they are beautiful.
Shannon’s combined experience as a developer and designer gives her an exceptional ability to understand buyer psychology, optimize ROI, and create spaces that perform as well as they look.
