Alpine Pass was designed around a feeling: being cocooned, in the woods, surrounded by natural materials inside and out.
The kitchen anchors the space: flat-panel cabinetry with a custom stained wood slat range hood, black granite countertops, and a full retro appliance suite in black. The indoor wood-burning ads rustic authenticity atop a black hexagon tile hearth in the living room.
In the bedroom, mid-tone tongue and groove wood ceilings continue the layered warmth. A green suede headboard, armed black sconces, and live edge shelving keep the palette rich without going heavy. A study nook adds function for longer stays.
The result is a 1-bedroom cabin that peaked at a $363 ADR in high season — in a market where most 1BRs don't come close.
