These townhomes were designed as spec builds in Walnut Hills, Cincinnati. The location was key - these townhomes are close to downtown, all the major hospitals, stadiums, and nightlife in Cincinnati. We designed these to speak to the most likely buyer groups, which were married young professionals with no kids, or empty nesters who wanted to still be in all the action or close to work. The walls are a neutral to slightly warm white - Sherwin Williams Snowbound - and the rest of the finishes were selected to keep the build neutral, modern, and elevated with subtle peeks of playfulness and texture like the fluted tile wall in the powder room, the taupe striped tile pattern in the primary bath, and the congruent sunburst tile on the floor and wall of the shower in an ensuite.
